I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004 on my home
PC (running under Windows 98). Since installation, I have not
been able to hear or see audio/video on the AFL websites while
NIS is enabled. However, if I disable NIS, I can fire them up; then I re-enable NIS and the aidio/video works fine. I have tried suggestions from Norton's online help, but nothing they've
suggested works. There seems to be some incompatibility
between NIS and Telstra's log-on procedure, and disabling NIS
for the duration of the log-on process seems to be the only way
around it.
The question I have is this: has anyone else had this kind of
problem, and is there any way to cure it?
