You need one of those old school contraptions that put bubbles in your drinks (you grandparents prolly had these in their liquor cabinet in the 50s/60s). Then you go to Coles/Woolies and get whipped cream bulbs (gas for making whipped cream fluffy).

BOC Gases sell it, 98% and 99.8% concentration.

Or nangs, as they are known in the trade. And the cream charger is a Nanganator.
