As word filtered thru last night that Gavin Crosisca has taken up an offer to work alongside Pagan at Carlton, just who should the Roosters be looking at to take on the senior job?

I believe Fitz thoroughly enjoyed the match and club aspects of the Rebels but was not fussed too much about the junior development facet his role encompassed. The Rebels have a Wimmera Region development guy, a Western Region development guy and the coach doubles as the development person for the Ballarat area.
Fitz will do alright as he's a highly organised and structured coach who relies heavily on his KPI's and the team's adherence to game plan to produce the relevant KPI performances. With many of the Rooster players now from an ex-TAC Cup background they will be up to speed with his style. Looks like the North Ballarat boys will be right in the mix in 2007.

He has always produced teams that have success. Hopefully North can regain some of the spirit that has been lost with the last two coaches.

Reckon the spirit seemed ok the times I saw them play last season. Am biased as he is one of my closest friends but any team with Spider Moloney as it's leader will have spirit, the guy is the most passionate footballer I know.

True, Spider is a champion. I guess it was just dissapointing to see so many guys who put their hearts and souls into playing for North not treated with the respect I believe they deserved. There were good signs at the end of this season, so it does look positive.
