I'm afraid I haven't been keeping tabs as much as I should have been and this question may seem simple. But I'll ask anyway.

Was Sunday the last day for team list submittal? And if so is Notting going into the PSD or not? I haven't heard anything about his contract status in yonks.

I think there's three submittal dates - and that was the 2nd. Can't tell you when the 3rd is - should be on the general forum somewhere?

The next list lodgement is simply for clubs to add the players to the list that they pick up from the drafts...no-one can be cut from the lists now.

If Notting hasn't re-signed yet then Brisbane will have to either pick him up again in the National Draft or PSD....if someone else doesn't before them.

So I suppose it depends on whether he re-signed or not by last Friday which was the 2nd list lodgement date....I don't know the answer to that question though.
