Does anybody know what rate a telephone is charged at if we are making a call from Melbourne to Queensland at 6.05pm Melbourne time and 5.05pm Queensland time. Also vice versa(Qld to Melbourne)?

Guess it depends on whether you're calling form a public or private phone & if a private phone, what your phone company is....
