I dont understand why one of the leagues most active clubs needs 10000 rookies every season.

I don't understand a lot of things, namely trying to de-code your posts.

The difference between you and I Wayne is I recruit players because I want to play with them, not because I hope one or two hit for a second season and not because I share this mad need to try and get as many new players in the league for a season or two. If I like the look of a rookie I'll send them a PM but I'm not stressed about putting a team together, I've never had any issue with it before. I couldn't even squeeze one in this season, we've not gone below 20 yet. That's just the side effect of a couple of seasons building a team based on rapport.

The only team signing rookies is a team that needs them because they dumped a third of their list and very few existing players are willing/wanting to jump over any more. You're not growing the league, you're just replacing players you burned off.
