Well, the only positive as I see it is that Thornton comes out and Hayden gets called back in.

Hayden is a much more useful player than Thornton, who paid the price for his numerous arm tackles with no body behind them today.

Also Meddie was good today.

Will matty carr get dropped. I watched patches of the game, and everytime he had the ball he turned it over or was too slow to dispose of it.
On his day he is a great player and contributor, but I think it's safe to say, he hasn't had any form the whole year.
Last week he had a better game, but i have a feeling it was because he knew if he didn't have a good one he'd be dropped.
Well, he hasn't linked up two good games, maybe connolly has had enough. I think he will be dropped. Thoughts?

Matthew Carr is Mr 80%. Gives us about 80% each week, which generally is enough to avoid being dropped. The way he piked out of a couple of contests today was insipid. He did get enough of the ball though despite that, and his disposal isn't bad.
But guys like that in the team are a disease, other players see him go in half arsed and then wonder why they bother themselves.

He did OK today as well. But that's because he has a bit of talent. But you can't let players get away with playing the style he plays, because it spreads like wildfire.

Positives for me:

(1) Peake - looked pretty good and provided a lot of speed and dodge.

(2) Black (Not just Simon) played a better game than he has been doing over the last few months. Made better decisions and used the ball better.
