Bigfooty isn’t working on my phone or laptop when connected to Optus.

Works fine on my vodafone mobile though. Can’t get in contact with Optus via live chat either so confused what to do (I saw the bigfooty tweet)

I've got Optus on both the phone & the laptop.

Now I know why I couldn't access BF on the bus home, which was using 4G Optus network.

I'm at home and my internet is through iinet and so I've had no issues.
