OT: Roo-sistence Concert

I know this should probably be in the Hell sub-forum, but I figured there is more traffic on our main board.

Pretty self-explanatory. I'm kinda torn as to which side we should be rooting for, as Melbourne fans, but I figured this deserved some extra board space anyway. Some good bands are gonna be playing, so it might even be worthwhile heading down even if the decision to go isn't football-based.

As a Melbourne fan, I know what it's like when your club is threatened (1996 merger). So I hope it all works out for the Roos fans. But if they do move to the Gold Coast, that makes it a little easier for our club to operate in this crowded market.

Then when the AFL get horny for permanent football in Canberra, Tasmania or Western Sydney who are they going to come for?

As much as I hope North stay here for their own fans, and their 130 years of history, it never hurts to have somebody 'weaker' than you around to make you look better.
