Our Kids last night

Neagle, Monfries, Jetta, Myers, Ryder, Lonergan, Reimers.

These kids last night were amazing got a lot of the ball and used it well.
Was particulary impressed with Myers espscially in the first half. He had clean hands, he is your typical one-touch player.

Neagle took some strong marks. Fantastic to see him out there. Really excited about his future.

Monfries is still only a youngin. Thought that game was the one of the best he has played in the red and black.

Jetta didn't do much but when he had the ball his skill and confidence grew each time he got it and he took on the players.

We all know about Ryder. Toweled up Lynch in the first half. Yes, Lynch isn't in his best form but still toweled him.

Lonergan. I think I have found a new player to put on my proud jumper. This kid is phenomal. His hardness at the ball. His gut running, just unbeliveable kid. Sign him a long-term contract. (Could he grow to be like Gary Ablett Jnr, maybe a bit too early) maybe a bit far-fetched.

Kyle Reimers is just a dynamite. Actually read that his poditrast told him to wear those golden boots. They are special fit for him and they only came in orange or black and he didn't want black lol. Anyway back to the point.
Also his hardness at the ball is fantastic and when he gives stick to the opposition he backs it up by getting the ball and using it well. Really like the kid.

These kids are our future. Sign them all long-term contracts please.

Houli has been sensational thus far.
Top 3 in the RS i think. Palmer an obvious first.

I am still scared about Laycock, he was pretty bad in the 1st quarter but the last 3 quarters he was ok. I think maybe it's a confidence thing with him. He really needs to get consistant though

Reimers had the best match of his career. The good thing was, he was one of the guys that lifted tonight,and not just playing well because everyone else does. Even in the losses we've had this season, he is usually one of the guys that could say he had a decent crack at it. positive signs for him and us!

I'm excited about Reimers, Neagle and Longeran.
I think they will be unreal in the future for us.

It's great seeing new young players out there,
Myers,Houli and Jetta...look forward to seeing Gumbleton back.

Time will help them develop, give the Dons a few more years.

A real 22 man effort last night. Even players like Jetta and Atkinson, who didn't get many touches, still contributed. Couldn't fault anyone. It's a shame that there were players out who are coming back, because no-one really deserves to be dropped after last night.

Nah more of a Chris Judd type as he gets more hardball gets and contested possesions not just handball recieves
