Overall rankking vs league glory???

My SC team is flying home have moved up 6262 places in the overall rankings since round 14 (9045 to 2783), I have finished on top of my league. The question I have is that I have two trades left plus 14k odd in the kitty, should I conserve these trades in case of injury and aim for a league win, or go for broke make two trades i.e. sell a cash cow bench player and a mid-tier player and get a gun and spud, and go for a high overall finish, which if I continue with the scores im getting, averaging nearly 2400 plus over the past four weeks, I could hopefully make the top 1000.

So the question is do i sacrifice a possible league win for a better overall ranking?

No offence, you're doing a lot better than me already, the bragging rights of the guy who finished 1700 in supercoach as opposed to the guy who finished 2000 in supercoach is about the same. League has more bragging rights to be gained.

Just my advice. Go for League GLORY.

i know but my league is weak bar the top 4 sides so not much bragging will have a better sense of accomplishment if i do better in the the overall, but then again if i loose the league ill look follish after dominating the whol year. mmmm decisions, decisions.
