Painting miniatures, terrain and scenery.

I've never used paint pens before unfortunately so i cant give you any advice there.

You will need to at least prime all the models first to give them an undercoat for any paint to stick to

Army Painter and Vallejo make coloured acrylic primer sprays, with pretty wide colour options

And are a million dollars cheaper than gw ones

Tamiya make pretty good spray primer as well in decent colours

Yeah they do, but whichever brand you go for coloured primers will let you rapidly paint an 'army' in a way that distinguishes it visually from the next, and then lets you add onto that by painting in details later on if you feel like it.

It has been a while

I've been playing my first ever D&D campaign, with a friend and twice over coworker. Woman we both used to work with is also playing, so I painted these wednesday and thursday for her as a surprise because we've mostly been using tokens - a Tabaxi Druid with her two favourite wild forms, a frog and a dire wolf. Also at the bottom my Dragonborn Paladin.

They all look awesome. You don't want to paint my now several hundred miniatures for all my board games by any chance?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before.. I have a vague yet persistent feeling of de ja vu about it but I happened to be at the art gallery in Adelaide today and saw this absolutely amazing piece. I took some photos but was difficult to get decent shots due to the glass case. I could have looked at it for much longer than I did.
