I recently sold a smartphone I had no use for. The phone is brand new and I only turned the phone on to see if it was locked (which it is to the Telstra network). Anyways, the buyer is saying that the phone automatically powers off and switches back on when she goes into her contacts area and the same thing happens even when the phone is connected to her PC via USB. Everything else apparently works ok. She did say the battery is fully charged. Anyone heard/seen this problem?
