18-30

Will go back to college if he doesn't get a 1st round guarantee methinks.

Voted late first round (21-30).

There are a lot of good PG's in this draft, which is one reason for him to return to college. - but his team is going to be crap next year, and are no chance of reaching the tournament (NIT maybe). I think he is better off declaring while the Olympics are still somewhat fresh in peoples mind.

His performances against the US team will mean more than another season of college.

How can anyone in that range possibly get a guarantee. Its a commong belief that this draft is pretty even after a first few picks which means that evaluation of players will be very different from team to team. A guarantee in such draft means nothing. The chances of someone that the team likes more than Mills sliding to their pick are pretty high.

I still think he ends up being a late 1st roound / early 2nd round pick. Probably the best thing for him to do would be to get drafted in the 2nd round and go to europe for a couple of years and come back ready to contribute straight away.

I said 21-30, but in all honesty he is more like 25-35.

I know he is our boy, but he played in a moderate team in a weak conference with a laughable non-conference schedule. The Olympics help but was is his distinguishing feature, really?

speed. when you look faster with the ball than Chris Paul, that tends to catch the eye of scouts.

of course speed isn't that valuable on its own. i think what has been striking about Patty his is scoring ability despite being so small, but that becomes somewhat negated in the big league. he needs to convince the scouters he is a true floor-general rather than just some speedy novelty guard, and i don't know if he's there yet. that's why i would ideally like to see him go back to college another season, even if it means hurting his draft-stock (as Olympic memories fade)

Before he was injured I would have said late first round. Now I say early second round.

Another season at St Mary's doesn't help him. He is what he is and this draft pool is his best chance.

best he can hope for is to be a late draft pick who becomes successful riding on the coat tails of some stars (ie derek fisher).

does anyone think teams will be seduced by the fact he's aboriginal? it would certainly be a novelty and gives them something to say in press conferences.

i wish him all the best!!!
