He certainly rates Kennedy ahead of Dowler, but I suppose he would have to say that.

Dowler has more scope for improvement than Kennedy, but with Kennedy it's a sure thing that he'll be a very good player with a good attitude at worst.

Plus we have a leading forward with all the attributes of Dowler but we don't have a CHF with the attributes of Kennedy.
