There should be exceptions to the club constitution
Times have changed.
This is not a power hungry situation.
Be flexible RFC.

It's an interesting question - there's probably going to be big upheaval at the club over the next couple years - legends retiring, Gale potentially on to bigger and better things soon, how long does Dimma want to stay? In that sense do you want stability with the president or do you take the opportunity to have a fresh start at all levels? Seen both options succeed and fail.
