We took on 7 or 8 17-18 year olds this year and Schulz as a bottom ager last year. We already have 9 spots on our list, most of which will go to more kids. With so many youngsters in the team, we will be able to just give a Hungry Jacks voucher and a pair of socks to the BOG each week, saving a fortune in performance pay.
