I was hoping one of you "older" Freo fans could help me with this one. I was reading about Peter Casserley (the oldest remaining WW1 digger) who died recently, and in the article it mentioned he was a mad East Fremantle fan all his life.
I was wondering if anyone out there knows if he was related (Grandfather maybe) to Tony Casserley who played with Easts in the late 60's and moved to SA to play with Central District?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I was wondering the same thing. Tony casserley was a great player
for East Freo before he went to Sth Aust. I saw him play in a Sth Aust
v Victoria demonstration game at the SCG in the early 70's and that was
the last game I ever saw him play.
