I know it is a pretty stupid idea, but, should they introudce the Peter Daicos award at Collingwood?

How to win this such award you ask, well, it is quite simple if you are a genius around goals or outside 50. The Collingwood player who kicks the best goal from the season (not including finals) will win the Peter Daicos award. Better yet, the great man Peter Daicos will present the award to the winner each year.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Walter Lee award given to the Collingwood player who takes the best mark in the premiership season. He was a champion footballer back in his day, and a very good mark of the ball.
I don't know if Tazza would like an award named after him, but I would be very happy calling it after him if he did like the idea.

Also on the list of inaugural awards for 2006: The Lee Walker Award (For the Most Sidelined Player). My tip for this award is Guy Richards by the length of his injury plagued leg, hopefully Chad Morrison will poll highly in this one and you might get good odds on Cam Cloke also.
