Don't get the ? regarding his goal kicking. 25.15 in the TAC Cup and he kicked some big goals in the champs last year.

Just going by all the negative comments I've heard regarding his kicking for goal and how little confidence he seems to have in it, including looking to give off when he's well and truly in range and ought to take the shot himself and so-on.

I made a comment weeks ago that he is a very good ruckman, he is not a key forward in today's football. Outsizes most boys in the TAC cup, today at full forward he flew for a number of pack marks and was then out of the contest, second efforts were poor.

That said he makes good decisions when he has the ball, good handball and kick for his size. I would see him being a late first rounder not number 1 pick.

This looks like it might be a good call.

Wright would've been ideal for the Cats if we didn't get Clark and Stanley.

At pick 10 he will be hard to pass, but I think a KPD or top midfielder is a priority for the Cats.
