He has skill, pace, and a reasonable football brain, but he is clearly scared.

This kid can be a player but somebody at Richmond has to teach
him to play hard.

If they can't then I'm afraid it will be bye bye barbie girl.

2. Tell him stop to be such a wimp or he'll be out on his arse

4. Have someone help him get over his fear of being squashed

ummmmm...

yeah get him on the weights program and he could be good...hope he has a good year or he'll devalue at trade time...if they want to trade him.

I don't think anyone should call him scared until they too are prepared to back into a pack of oncoming 90 kilo body bashers. It looks easy though doesn't it ?

From watching Pettifer play, he would be more at home at a gymnasium with all those mirrors around him. He is a professional stretcher, runs away from the ball, finds a nice quiet pocket and stretches.
