In the Herald Sun today it said under the one's to watch that Pettifer has carved up the training track and then in the age it says he's put on 6kg.
Sounds like a good sign to me.
Hopefully he's working on his attitude

a huge dissapointment so far.i hope he does turn it around but i have my doubts.

A real tease this guy - looks alright for at 20% of the time then does silly things.

Hopefully he will realise that he has been given one last season to make a go of it (when many others haven't) and can be an unexpected bonus for us.

IMO if all things go right for him he could kick 40 - 50 goals.

Putting on a bit of muscle can sometimes do wonders for the confidence of these skinny kids. I've thought for a while that Richmond needs a good weights program. If you look at Brisbane's team and the West Coast teams when they were at their top, it was pretty obvious they were on good weight programs. Richmond in general have looked a bit skinny for a few years - though I'm told black does have a slimming effect.

I'd say they were on a bit more than weights.
Some of those guys looked like chinese swimmers
remember there was no testing in those days.
