Phone troubles

So i had a N73 that was really frustrating me with constant freezing, turning off, battery low signals and continually not connecting to calls properly (me being able to hear them but them not me) so one day in a rage i smashed it. It seems all my numbers weren't on my sim card and i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to get those numbers back from my phone?

The screen at current i am unable to see due to it being smashed and i connected to PC suite the day after and it worked but since it hasn't even after i charged the battery.

This sort of problem is fairly easily fixed. Just travel back in time and don’t chuck a tanty when you have a problem with your phone.
