Pies have played everyone in the 8 except Port and Brisbane who we have good records against.

Realistically we win 7 from 9 which should get us in the 4.

My biggest concern is being based in Queensland the more likely for wet/dewy conditions, this is what hampered eagles.

we handball and overuse it way more than any other team, Are ranked no 1 for possessions, I hope we adjust for the conditions up there.

We should and need to win all the Games we know we are playing IF we want to stay in Touch for Possible top 4 Finish(Doubt we will) but Lose some and we put ourselves in Danger of Missing the Finals all together

We handled the conditions well in the weeks prior. GWS, Hawthorn, Geelong. If the West Coast game was on Monday night it would have been a lot closer.

If we don't turn up again or leave at quarter time like we did last week, anyone of those teams can beat us.

We need to find a few more contributors, I think we win enough to play finals, hoping to win enough for top 4.

Keen to see Sidebottom repay the faithful this weekend.

JDG for finals will be OK, he can stay fit, Howe may take some time to get back but it is Howe.

Hmmm interesting, I have no doubt we're going to manage players more than any other season, most teams the same. That takes away continuity like most teams. Every team will be a danger, given how close the comp is.

Very difficult and we're going to have to win at least 7 of those 9 for top 4.

Then rely on luck and everything going right.

7 wins from the last 9... 46 points... probably nails a top 4 spot considering the top teams have all already dropped multiple games... (meaning the maximum points tally from here at seasons end can only be 60pts) so a top 4 spot then is very feasible

And flags are usually won by a top 4 team. But who knows this year?

Premier will be well deserved this year, will be the draw to get into the finals and then attrition of their list. Hopefully our injuries will come good at the right time, go pies

Gunna need to win 7 to pick up a top 4 spot. Got a decent shot at it with that run, but I'm sure this season has a couple more curve balls in it. Blues have been a big improver, Freo (even though they suck) have pushed teams and will have the Optus oval advantage, Brions seem good and Port are a fast moving team that could give us trouble.

We just need things to come right whenever finals comes around.. If finals are played mid September or is delayed to October we have a shot with Howe and JDG back in. Let's hope that the footy gods are on our side for once
