Just read the Pink Floyd biography Pigs Might Fly. I always liked PF but never really knew anything about them, except for their ledgendary internal feud. What got me the most is how upper class/posh they all were (and still are). How can this incredible music come from such arrogant, bitter, restrained, uppercrust people? They really did seem to transcend themselves to produce such work (much like Shakespere).
They other thing that struck me is how much of an a*hole Roger Waters can be, to the point of hilarity!

Has anyone else read this book?

Observance of people below them in class, with the creativity and opportunity to translate into great songs/art without having to pay the peasants royalties.

A bit like the taxman, but entertaining :)
