Fact Players who kicked a Goal with their Last Kick

I believe David Cloke kicked 8 goals playing for the Tigers in his last game ever.

I imagine there would be a fair chance he would have kicked a goal with the last kick of his career (333 games i think)

Not 100% sure, but I think Matthew Croft did it in R21, 2004. He and Simon Garlick retired that day.

He kicked 5 in that game (his career best tally).

Every man and his dog has 'Thanks Bluey' sign (or something to that effect) Brent Grgic kicked the ball on the roof of Subiaco... fun times.

Not sure about Glen Jakovich but brother Allen qualifies, playing for Footscray against Carlton in round 21, 1996.

Mark Jackson also kicked a goal with his final kick, when playing for Geelong versus Essendon in round 2, 1986. He had two kicks for two goals that day.

Fred Fanning would also have to qualify. It is said he had 19 kicks that day, finishing with 18.1. What are the odds the behind was the final score he registered?

According to some of my books, he had thirteen straight before his first behind...in the third quarter.
