Podcasting (Need help)

Ok, so I've had an itunes account for a couple of days now but I'm not sure how to get the shows onto my ipod

Lets say I go to Power Search, I type in Scrubs, I double click on the top one, it comes up with all these episodes. What do I do now?

It won't let me do that for some reason

Maybe my account isn't old enough and I have to wait a couple of days, it said it wouldn't work straight away
