Is it possible for me to download the podcasts from eagle view and burn them to CD?

I have the net access through work but it doesnt allow me to listen to the actual program, Is it possible to download the program through the links provided on eagle view and listen to it as an mp3?

No worries, go for it. Just not for re-production on another show or anything like that.

If its for personal use, no problem with that.
