Anyone know what the story with Polo not being named tonight is? Has been close to BOG in two of the praccy matches.

Could be a niggle, could be another attitude issue, could be Wallace not wanting to unveil our best new edition to the starting engine room? I'm baffled, was pretty keen on seeing if he was only that superior against other Tigers.

Any word from the inner sanctum?

I'm with you rooster.
Polo's is close to my favourite young player and after hearing he was on fire in the intra-club games was looking forward to seeing him tonight.
As you say, perhaps Wallace is keeping him under wraps because I reckon those outside tigerland have allowed him to slip under thier radar. :D
Slots in nicely alongside Foley, Coggs & Tuck IMO.
In fact, these 4 have probably hardly played together I would think.

There is nothing to worry about guys, a very reliable poster on YnB (who I trust) spoke to a family member of Dean's and was told that the club is just being over-cautious with him because of the shoulder injury from last season.

He won't be playing in any NAB Cup games.

yep exactly, nothing to read into it except the club are keeping him under wraps for an extra 3-4 weeks, all the better i say as he continues to get strangth and work into that shoulder, would hate to see him pop it in the NAB cup

I just hope its not an attitude reason. I read somewhere around here that he didn't do much training in early pre-season so we are "resting" him.
all he was doing everytime i saw him over the summer break was training, training, training, running, running, running.. one of my mates from bairnsdale knows him pretty well and apparently dean organized a fair dinkum match like 16 on 16 so he could work on his fitness haha. i'd imagine resting him is purely precautionary. good luck tonight fellas:thumbsu: not too much luck tho:p lets just hope its a good game with no injuries for either side:thumbsu:
