Pop up bockers

Can anybody recommend a good popup killer? Preferably one that gives me the option to open a popup if I want to, if that's possible.

I am sure Yahoo, MSN etc have their own, they are all pretty much the same.

If you have Windows XP, get SP2, very tough pop-up blocker, can be very restrictive, unless you fine tune it.
