You seen that movie 'Cliff Hanger' with Sylvester Stallone? You know how he dangles precariously by one hand over a seemingly bottomless chasm? Me too.

According to Frawley (who's Mother I've verbally slapped) Richmond is a courageous strong side, without our talls - even if we lose.

This weekend, we now have quite a few of our respectable names on the field along with these hard-playing respectable souls who have been fighting tooth & claw - even when we lose.

If the Tigers want to climb up the cliff and find footing on the terra firma in the upper 8, it needs to do so starting with Port. In the eleven remaining games, we can only afford to lose two or three.

Does anyone think the Tigers will sweep the remainder of the season? No, me neither. I've been looking at which three teams we are most likely to lose against.

We need to beat Port this weekend, and start a roll of momentum. Not only physical momentum, but psychological momentum as well.

I know I haven't posted anything on this thread that isn't common knowledge. I just wanted to say it before the game begins. Peace fellow Tigers and nail biters,

Go Tiges!

Play like we did against the Kangaroos AND kick straight and we will beat the Power.

Against the Kangaroos, we played a Kangaroos styled game which involves making contest after contest, collision after collision. Not only did we play this way against the masters of it, we also beat them at it. All we failed to do was kick straight enough to get the amount of points we deserved.

Now correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think Port Adelaide have ever beaten the Kangaroos? This is because Port are susceptable to this type of game plan which counters there spread of runners.

Looks rainy so hopefully ouir lack of height won't be exposed and with DK in the middle we can compete with them in the guts..Still can't see us getting within 5 goals though but at least we shouldn't get absolutely belted(i hope)

95 - 27 at the half.

Tivendale and Richardson each have two.

You have to "scroll" to see all the Port players who have booted goals.

Go Tiges!
