I can't choose between the two. Dummy is one of my all time favourite albums, but Blue Lines and Mezanine are also brilliant.

The fact Portishead only released 2 studio albums added to the fact Mezzanine is IMO one of the best electronic albums ever made tips the scales in favour of Massive Attack for mine though.
I'd also like to throw Tricky's solo stuff into this conversation as well. His Maxinquaye album sits comfortably amongst any of the albums being talked about in this thread so far.
It's all Bristol to me.
