A little bit off topic, I said at the start of 2009 to a heap of mates that Dale Thomas is and will always be better then Marc Murphy and Bryce Gibbs and I was laughed it, oh how f****ing sweet is redemption.

Haha! Thanks for posting this thread because I seem to recall a certain $1000 bet I made with one of my Essendon supporting friends. He is incredibly delusional and made a bet with me that Essendon would finish above us this year AND that they would win a flag before we do.

Time to pay him a visit and recieve my prize!
