Just keep in mind when looking at heat maps they tend to base it more of where they line up at center bounces. Even with those heat maps if a player is lining up at 60% + in the forward line they are a chance to get it. Same goes the other way, if they are racking it up in the forward half but are lining up at the majority of center bounces they won't get it. By the sounds of it Dusty is no chance despite getting more touches in the forward half.

Only has next week to add to his goals, 2 today.
5 & 6 earlier in the year.
Has to be more chance than the other two.
Not overwhelming though.

I am not sure why, 15.11 and 11 goal assists from 10 games is better than most full time forwards. 45 F50 possessions compared to just three D50 is not what you would expect from a fulltime midfielder!

That is the exact reason they didnt give it to him in round 6. It doesnt factor in game plans at all, it is so one dimensional. There may be 30 centre bounces in a game, if he starts at 20 of them, that makes him a 70/30 mid!?!

Good chance these two wont happen. This is season heat maps.
Surprised that neither player isn't at least 60/40.

Can't remember where I heard it (but presumably the Traders), but I believe it's not so much the heatmap but the *starting position* that is most important. And Danger has certainly started forward a lot. (This also makes sense: you can't expect a midfielder to rack up as much in the forward line as he would on the ball, so starting position would be the better metric.)

[Edit: Soz if anyone already said.]

[Edit 2: Indeed they did. *gets coat*]

Yeah I was just going to mention this. For this reason, I think Parker is a good chance for forward status as well. Always starts quarters forward and hopefully he has spent a lot of time there. Mind you, he is probably not good enough to be considered as a relevant forward option but if I can't get rid of Parker, I would prefer to have his spud scores in the forward line rather than taking up a valuable mid spot.

Would be an absolute dream if this were to happen

I believe you but where's this info? Wouldn't mind it for future reference
I don't have a link to the info or anything sorry. I remember when the last wave of DPP's came out and people complained about Dusty not being a FWD the traders and Champion Data stated he was right up there. His time forward has decreased lately too so I assume he'd still be up there. Watching the game on the weekend I noted he was at the CB a lot doing absolutely nothing

Yep. Was the same in the WCE match. I don't think I saw him lining up fwd once.

Even if he was, has to be moved on now, Dusty and Zerrett must be the biggest fantasy disappointments of 2018? Dusty slightly ahead, as Merrett had a concussion as an excuse.

No one relevant apart from rookies.

I never complain about the players that do or don't get it, but don't tell me Danger has not spent enough time forward this year... If he was a rookie he 100% would have it.

Wow that's underwhelming.

Parker no fwd status means he has signed his papers, he will go at his bye. Fritsch and Guelfi adding MID is the only thing relevant for me and it may come in handy actually. Holman would have been so handy right about now, I went way too early on trading him out.
