No surprises Seville and Emerald the clear favourites in div 2. Wouldnt rule junction out but outside of those 3 you wouldnt give any other team a realistic chance.

Div 1
Upwey
Warby
Upwey

Div 2
Emerald
Seville probably have the best list but emerald are a better team. I love the way Emerald link up and move the ball i think it will suit the big grounds in the finals. I watched The Blues play Belgrave on the weekend and got the feeling they could be their own worst enemy.

Seville
Strong 2s side, fair way ahead of the rest. 5 or 6 guys that should be playing 1s, im assuming not training or just chasing glory.

Emerald
Gave seville a touch up the other week and have the edge after beating them last year on the big stage. Seville's best 3 players are exceptionally good and will probably end up in their 1s leaving them undermanned.

My div 1 is a bit of a guess i dont watch many games if any!

What do you mean by own worst enemy valleyvibe? I watched on the weekend as well, i thought we didnt play at or best but I also didnt think belgrave were that bad at all.

Divy 1, saddly I do not to see due to commitments but here goes
Upwey, have friends there
Mt Ev Played there more years ago than care to remember.
Upwey Looked at ladder

Seville
Could be something in what he says, but I think we have to wait and see if Seville can acturly get the entire team in the one spot at the one time. I hear 6 or 7 to come in.
Seville
No glory hunters there I think, very strong squad, some 17 odd players will miss when they have all players to choose from, as for 4 or 5 should be playing ones? Means 5 have to come out of the top team and some very good players out with injury, believe most players training.

Seville
Good call on best 3, but if the moons align for the players in the ones going to be hard to put them in, if they play a big chance if they do not then it opens right up.

Big call seeing as Emerald seemed to be their own worst enemy at Belgrave in round 2, losing by about 5 goals!

Belgrave are not as bad as people are making them out to be. They had seville under the pump a few times on the weekend.

Not sold on a club who turfed their senior coach less than half way into the season. Belgrave aren't much chop from what I have seen, but to each their own.

All the crap thats gone on lately they must have been stoked with the win on the weekend. Anyone catch the game?

Puts a bit of pressure on Junction, looks like they are losing the plot. Will be interesting to see how they respond this week against the top side at the potato chip.

Ventured up to powelly on the weekend, ground was in great nick. Thought we were pretty sh*thouse in the first half but looked a class above in the second. The last 3 or 4 weeks Marty Eckers has probably shown what all the hype was about, best player in divy 2 IMO. Troyhan looked good in the 2s when they didnt just bomb it up to him. Didnt move far from the goal sqaure though. Dunno if that would work in the 1s with KJ playing so well at full forward. Couple more weeks in the 2s up the ground would be good for him...

Heard the resi coach is thinking of playing him at centre half back next week to get him moving be interesting to see, mind you have also heard the coach is likely to do anything, might end up on a wing, fancy's himself a bit of a Sheedy!

I'm suprised Troyan was made to come back via the twos. If he is played again, Seville have rocks in their head. More benefit training him solidly for a few weeks, maybe giving him a half in the twos before a return to the seniors, and thats a big maybe.

No doubt Junction have their best 10 players out or something

He hasn't touch a pill for 10 weeks! Big call to put him straight back in the ones, huge difer.ence between a solid training night and a solid hit out. Isn't that why you play practice matches?

Huge difference? Cmon BlueBoy a player of Troyan's calibre will get just as much out of a solid training night as he would playing against some of the shambles 2nd division Reserves teams.

Look, I'm not disagreeing, but I do reckon you get more out of a game than a training night.
