Cash and incentives has never been an issue. Players with plenty of currency just do not want to come West because of the travel factor.

Would rather develop our young players. Sheed looked great last year but has been injured and Duggan is sadly struggling a little bit in his 2nd year which is not uncommon. The ordinary form of Redden and Jetta hasn't helped this year

I know what you said was tongue in cheek, but assuming that was done now who would we be able to get in his place as players already in the system don't appear to want to come West. Probably why (generally speaking) the Club concentrates on developing players through the draft. Of course Redden and Jetta were exceptions, but wouldn't say that has worked out too well at this stage.

Watching the game today i realised losing Gaff would really hurt us. Amount of times he got back to help out the defenders was impressive.

That's why i told Nizzy to sign him up i think he listened...
