Some more news today on the Jeff front. he today revealed to the herald sun that he is in face a melbourne member and has been for some months now. and to reiterate what he has been saying he is very keen to take over melbourne as president.

in interest for the chance at the board is Allen Stockdale. whom is a life long melbourne supporter. he was also treasurer of victoria along side Jeff in his government. however Stockdale will not show interest until after the september election

Damian Barret whom i'm sure all you guys love has backed Jeff writing in his opinion that the club must get jeff and that he is the best person for the job, he further eurges clubs not to be colour blind when selecting the right man for the job.

And also as i said a few days ago Geoff Freeman is on the board and is still a warm favorite for the presidency


in my opinion Mclardy is destined to go but to whom?

Very well said mate. The fact this arseclown has tried to pump up Kennett, with another of those Caro-style cookie-cutter clickbait things, actually makes me more confident that this supposed Kennett push has no legs. I feel a bit more relieved after having seen that.

Freeman seems more and more like the right candidate. His business connections would help with sponsorship, and aside from that, he's got plenty of cash and has shown preparedness to put some of it into the club before now. I think the best outcome we could reasonably expect is to have him as President and Jackson in a longer-term role as CEO.
