Printing & binding very large documents

I have the want to get a very large document (circa 2500 pages) printed and bound. I've had a look into getting it done through Officeworks but at 0.08 a page I may as well buy a cheap inkjet printer and a bunch of plastic pockets.

Are there any other places that can do a one-off job, either in Australia or offshore?
