he is an agreesive player and if he could get in and under in the packs he would be great.nut said:He was my highlight of the year. Will be a Champ. A big bodied midfielder in the Vos Mould
if he had of waited till last year to go in the draft how high do you think he would have gone(from memory he only went into the draft on a promise from the tigers that he could concentrate on yr12 last year)beaver's army said:he is an agreesive player and if he could get in and under in the packs he would be great.
1st 2nd round i think we would of taken him with number 12 if he was still therejackson_rules said:if he had of waited till last year to go in the draft how high do you think he would have gone(from memory he only went into the draft on a promise from the tigers that he could concentrate on yr12 last year)

i know but if was given enough time in the middle to do that more oftennut said:Have you seen him play. I have never seen him take a step backwards. He goes in for his share of hard balls gets and he loves to tacke.
. Anyone I missed??have you seen jacko run he will overtake coughlan as our best midfielder in the future will win the ball like him but has that extra pace to run throughnut said:I think over the years Richmond have probably rushed young players too much, playing him down back at young age will make him into a better midfielder in years to come. He is naturally a defensive player and will be great around the ground in the pack situation feeding it out to the speed machines like Tambling.
Deliedio, Jackson, Tambling, Raines,Roach, Coughlan, Meyer, Hartigan, Hyde, Tuck........ It seems our Midfield has got some improvement in it in the next few years.![]()

thats what i was getting at he will be a coughlan with more speednut said:Couglhans pace isn't his most valuable asset. It's winning the Ball, and holding the ball up in stopages.
But I think you maybe right there is something about Jackson that I like. An element of CLASS.
madtiger2005 said:people are saying that it's too early to put jacko in the middle and he would have been killed against the saints. I'll tell you one thing, he would be alot more valuable to us in the middle than chaffey has or ever will be. Jacko is a mature type, he has size, strength and pace. Using him in the middle will benefit the team a lot more than having chaff in there. People were saying before the season that Hyde isn't good enough in the middle. Well Hyde proved them wrong and so will Jacko. Every time I see Chaffey playing half a game in the middle, while Jackson is played on a wing or flank, I cringe that our midfield will not perform as well as it could if the right players were used.
madtiger2005 said:Chaffey wouldn't be bad on a forward flank. He can kick a long goal or a short pass. Jacko, Hyde and Newman are our best taggers
