Health Quality public toilets

Since there's no real life George Costanza to turn too, I'm surprised this hasn't been done before. Just looking for good quality public toilets to hopefully compile a database style thread.

My first nomination, the toilets at the QV in Melbourne on Swanston. Spacious, clean and very big, meaning you're never elbow to elbow. The sinks have standard taps so none of that desperately trying to rush before the water stops stuff. Highly recommended
