Are the trades immeditely enforced, or do we wait til after the SOO period for them to be in place???

And is it up to the captain to decide whther a player goes or not or can he just leave?

No you cannot just leave especially when you have played the majority of games

For now all that needs to be discussed is actual trades, at the completion of this round the other rules will be brought up

But basically start organising player for player trades now as they may take some time but they will not be available to play for you untill rd12
