MMM have lost the plot IMO. They are more conerned with pumping up other commentators than the footy itself. They make mountains out of mole hills and you have 2 chances of following the play and Jack left town.

SEN are on the improve. In the MMM mould but a little more objective. You can follow the play much better but they have much better analysis.

774 - Tobin Bros

3AW - If I have to.

K-rock. I love the Cats but it is far too biased. Rediculously biased. K-rock and the Addie are the obviously one of the reasons there is bad culture in the club.

Gives me a laugh, my kind of humour I spose. Love the way they hang sh*t on each other.

Havent listened to 774 or 3AW in ages, so wouldnt know what they are currently like.
Havent listened to a game on SEN yet, plan to in the near future.

Agree with the above poster on K-Rock, cant stand how biased they are, i would rather get a neutral opinion on how we are going, not our tyres pumped up by Geelong supporters/ex-players.

I've a high regard for Gerard Whately, and believe he's more than filled the shoes vacated by Tim Lane. An excellent commentator, host and analyst of issues. Competently replaced Jon Faine over the silly season too, which is a tough gig. Articulate, rational and obviously hardworking with a finger in many sports, he seems comfortable enough with himself and doesn't come across as a **** like so many in the industry. I only question his ability to maintain pressure in an interview, he needs more mongrel when interviewees start spinning BS. Practised a little with Chris Pyne on Sunday, but has a long way to go before reaching the occasionally ruthless standards of a Caro or Gideon Haigh.

Kudos to whichever one of ya rang 'em up to bag Carrot on Sat'dy!

25 - MMM for comic value. JB,BT Gary and Spud funniest combination. I can take or leave the rest.

Followed by SEN. Grant Thomas and Liam Pickering are fantastic for special comments. There callers aren't as good as the other stations. Apart from Huddo and Bruce Eva.

As for TV. Clinton Grybas and Gerrard Healy are the best commentator/special comments duo going around.

I still meet a few sports fans who haven't heard of its existence. Rarely can listen myself, get terrible interference over 1000 Khz.
