Bought Adobe CS6 Web and Design Premium today, student edition. I need it for my job now and I wanted to get my hands on a physical copy before they become obsolete.

I suggest if anyone wants to buy Photoshop or any more of the Creative Suite then you should do it now before the physical copies are pulled off shelves. CS can no longer be bought from the Adobe website as everything has now moved to a cloud subscription service. I don't like the idea of leasing such a premium product so I made this decision today. :)
I use CS5.5 Web and Design Premium at school.

Dreamweaver is great to learn and you can make some really good websites with it, though it is a lot of work, it's well worth it.

May I ask how much it set you back for the student edition?

Still running CS4 Web Premium. Worth upgrading?

I don't think so, it's still the same sorta stuff. I've used CS2 on a Windows machine for ages.

NM Design - $348 for the Web and Design Premium, Mac version at JB Hi-Fi. Might be $398 elsewhere. Look around, but be prompt.

My computer came free with MS Paint! I have no idea why but it's a pretty cool program.
Paint ftw!! :D

I will upgrade my Illustrator trial though when my bank account allows me to. Unfortunately, that probably won't be for a while :(

To be honest, I still have a hard copy of 5.5, and when I had that still loaded and running, I could get nearly as much out of that older version as I can now with CS3. There will always be little improvements/additions, but I don't think it's worth spending a bunch of $ on every time they upgrade.

Same with Windows, (which should have stopped at XP, imho), although it's companies that manufacture software that requires the newer versions of Windows as they update their software over the years. I have Magix movie and music software, and versions I bought 6 or 7 years ago won't work on Vista (obviously), so I'm stuck either using them on the pc of ours that still runs XP, or buying new software for the laptop that had Vista loaded onto it.

Aside from that reason, I can see no other reason to ever upgrade 'Shop.

Go to rebel sport at harbour town. They normally have jumpers on clearance
Yeah true, I may as well make a day out of it and take a few mates and go ice skating or something

Don't forget to lend them your jacket if they get cold and buy them flowers for when you meet them. :)

I'm pretty sure the 140th isn't sold at Rebel.. probably the 1992 jumper?
