Gotta pay credit where it's due - that was another very solid finals performance and shamed some teammates who failed to stand up.

Must asay tha Raph had a great end of '08, and hopefully can continue it into '09. along with Fish, Gram, Goddard, Max the backline should do well next year.
Now all we have to do is worry about midfeild delivery to a messy forward line.
Stuff the backline, put Sam at CHF. Did you see his goal, 50 out and it nearly went over the top of the posts, and straight through the guts.
His kicks always seem to be reliable!
He can always drop to the backline ( Roughead style ) if required.

there was a couple of times where he should of taken the mark and although he got in the road of the hawks forwards he spilled the mark and ther lil nuggets were on it straight away.
I'll bet you are thinking of the one which led to a Franklin goal. Should have been a free to Raph, as despite Campbell Brown only having eyes for the ball all he did was swing a roundhouse punch into Raph's chest from front on. Cannot work out how this is different from an arm chop. If this is not a free kick can we then train all our players over the summer to forget about punching the ball and just punch them in the guts.
