One of the best albums in the 90's. Easily Radiohead's best, with stunning melodies, beats, bass lines and lyrics. I can't stop listening to it.

10/10

I agree with you its a good album, but you'll probably get a lot of Radiohead-bashers on this forum. Also, its a tad overated too.

Genius album

Radiohead moved on perfectly from The Bends to OK Computer

Top 10 of all time for me

Good album, incredibly overrated though.

Everything after it was hugely disappointing.

Its a great album.

terrible, I bought it, I listened to it, I REALLY tried to like it.......
but, nah does nothing for me at all

2/10 at best

At the time it came out i just couldnt believe or understand the hysteria and almost giddy hoopla surrounding it by the music media.

I could acknowledge what Radiohead were trying to do and having already owned The Bends i certainly dipped my hat to a band obviously stretching themselves and evolving. But by Christ there were some silly comments bandied about the music media of the world about its significance. Still are actually.

A few years on and well after the hype had died off (in no small part due to the fact the band themselve's kinda made themselves irrelevant by releasing what is IMO ill-conceived twaddle) i did finally get it and got right into this album... for a while. A penchant for experimentation with perception and mood enhancers at that point of my life helped that process no end though.

But IMO OK Computer has nowhere near the same longevity or depth of layers as the absolute classics that it is often compared to and sometimes ludicrously favoured over by some.

And now it, much like the band themselve's, just drains me and leave me feeling pretty cold to be honest.

Most overrated album ever. I don't get it. The consulation I can give is that was better than anything else Radiohead recorded afterwards.

Anything before the OK Computer is better.

Most overrated album ever. I don't get it.

Agree with the Don - Lived in London when it first came out. People in my house listened to it all the time and a gave it a good go - just didn't think it was that good. Then NME magazine come out and say it is the greatest album of all time - I was like WTF!

Good Album but i still cant find out what made it to be such a classic.

lyrics didnt really impress me, neither did the musicianship.

but will say its very well produced.
