OK Guys and Gals!!! Coming up to bat right now is the Canadian Rock Band Rush! since their self titled debut in 1974, the Canadian Progressvie Rock Trio has set many trends for aspiring musicians from all corners of the earth, as well as producing great music that have kept their fans coming back for more.

What are some of your favorite Rush tunes? Would you like the band to play Australia next year?

To be honest, they are more a musician's band rather than a band that sells commercialised music to the public.

I have a few of their albums, but only pull them out once in a while. Why I state them as a musicians band is the way they play the music, it's to do with the timing changes they have in most of their songs. Unless you are musically trained, most people don't notice it.

Lyrics are very wordy, almost to the point where they make no sense at all and it's just druggie crap.

I prefer the Hemispheres album rather than any of their other albums.

Sci-Fi rock,
bit of a guilty pleasure, but very dated now.

Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, Signals and Grace under Pressure are pretty good headphone cd's,
but not the sort of stuff you play at parties.

Good muso's, but the production on cd makes
Peart sound like he is hitting jam tims.

If you saw Trailer Park Boys last night,
would have seen Alex Lifeson kidnapped by Rick,
"Play that stupid Dianne Sawyer song"
classic.
