Same method as the AFL use on there website, rate every docker from the QF against COLA. Give them votes and if you feel like it, write a mini review.
Ballantyne - 3
His worst game for the year, he really, really struggled. Couldn't do anything at ground level, one behind.
Dawson - 7
Dawson beat Tippett for mine. Kept him to 13d, 4m, 1g. Shorter, weaker than his opponent, but Dawson got the better of this match up
Ibbotson - 7
Massive first half, was our best player on the ground in the first half. Had a quiet second term, but still one of our best players and showed his importance to our team. Some people here have suggested trading him......lol
Pearce - 3
Subbed out says it all. Experienced player, to get subbed out in an important final isn't good enough, very disappointed
Fyfe - 7
Fyfe was good without being great. Was one of few midfielders that actually played well
Walters - 5
Simply couldn't get into the game. Rare for Walters to have such a quiet game, but he did nothing for the first three quarters. Had a pretty good last quarter, but that was it unfortunately
Mzungu - 8
One of our best for the day. Underrated by many, hes a consistently good performer over four quarters
Crowley -
Serious question, who did he actually tag? I haven't rated him because it's 1.30am and I've forgotten who he tagged
Mundy - 6
Piss weak first term, only had two touches. 8 touches to half time. Second half was better, but he was another that didn't deliver overall today. Good game, but you'd expect more from him
Crozier -
No vote given he only played a quarter and you can't give someone high/low votes for his only quarter played. Crozier was ok coming on as the sub
Taberner - 2
Finals pressure and the moment itself got to him. Also worth noting the inside 50 entries were rubbish, so we didn't help him. His dropped mark in the goal square was bad. Hes still young, he'll be better for the experience, but in reality hes lucky not to of been subbed off
Barlow - 7
Barlow was also one of our better players. Though he was part of our midfield that was beaten quite easily by the opposition
Mayne - 4
Unfortunately that was a Chris Mayne 2014 game. Only played a few games we know hes capable of, but this year (mostly because of injury and lack of pre season) hasn't been his year and yesterday he simply didn't do enough
Neale - 7
Neale is coming along nicely. Only thing you could knock him on is his kicking, it's not bad, but it's nothing flashy either. Starting to become more consistent and in a big game, he gets a tick for mine
Pavlich - 8
Champion. Rubbish delivery to him, yet he still had 19d and kicked 4.1
Clarke - 2
It's no secret that I think Clarke is weak and doesn't put in enough effort. How pathetic was his moment against Hannebery. 10d, 6HO. He doesn't do enough, hes been lucky that Griffin and Hannath weren't demanding selection at WAFL. Clarke has simply been poor this year. Someone made a thread about a rumor of freo chasing Ryder, whilst I highly doubt we are, it'd be a good idea to get him, he is miles ahead of Clarke
Sandilands - 6
Talks he may of played injured, it wasn't one of Sandi's better games, thought he didn't deliver early on. His missed set shot in the last was bad, as a leader he needs to kick those.
Hasn't been taking many marks the second half of the season either, although his tap work has improved
Hill - 5
Was simply tagged out of it. Didn't get enough of it and struggled to have an impact
Sutcliffe - 6
I may be wrong, but was Sutty on Goodes? If so I'd say overall Sutty won that battle. Probably didn't provide a whole lot of rebound, but defensively he played well
Spurr - 7
Tough, courageous and a leader, he played a big part in a defense that played well
Silvagni - 8
Did as much as you could ask him to. Absolute animal is SCOS. Sure Buddy kicked three majors, but overall you'd have to say Silvagni played a damn good game
Duffield - 7
Provided rebound and was also part of a defense that had to put up with a lot. Thought it was one of his better games for the year.
