Hold Turner. He could be moved at the deadline, so wait till it is closer to the trade deadline and if he finds a new home asses if you think his output will improve or not.
Keep your eye closely on the player updates for Turner. Sam Hinkie will be willing to move him or Thaddeus Young for assets if a pick is part of it.
