No, no, he won't be considered until at least Round 2 of the NAB Cup. Judd will definitely be playing against Richmond in Round 1

We're playing 16 with eight on the interchange and can change eight players at halftime so we can use up to 32 players so everyone has a chance to put their case forward.
I'd suggest they'd most likely have 16 players play half a game , 8 in the first half and change over with the next group of 8 at half time . The other 16 to make up the 32 would be the main squad for the match .Anyone know how this works?

Then i'd say they would most likely play without the wings perhaps ? I guess the ground could possibly be smaller than your average AFL ground too . You raise a good point there BlueYoss , hope we see some footage of that game .
AHH yes , the good ole days . When there was more mud than grass .Sounds right. Throws your midfield game out a bit I'd imagine although the old VFA always looked a more open game for it. When they weren't knocking each other unconscious in 2 feet of mud. Ah, Sundays.
Seems as though Carlton does have intentions to play Judd in the preseason after all. Good to see that they aren't rushing him though and saying that he 'will' be playing.
Yes, but i still think that Judd will take a couple of games to get into form, and playing him in the 'Noob Cup' as you say will help him get some game time rather than just going straight into the H&A season.I personally don't think they should play Judd in the Noob Cup at all, unless they think he might want to stretch his legs a little and ease back into playing AFL - He should really only come on the ground for about 1 quater per match.
He is not worth the risk - I know I would rather have a Full, 100% Fit Judd playing 22 H&A games rather than participate in that worthless cup!
I dont agree judd5 , he finished last season still playing and has been doing plenty of skills and running in the off season . Playing only a minor part in our noob cup campaign , provided we get past the power out , wouldn't be too bad though . I say Stevens needs the game time more than anyone . Be good seeing the two working in tandem .Yes, but i still think that Judd will take a couple of games to get into form, and playing him in the 'Noob Cup' as you say will help him get some game time rather than just going straight into the H&A season.
Not just Stevens and Judd working together, but the whole midfield. I think that the whole team needs at least a couple of games to really gel together.I dont agree judd5 , he finished last season still playing and has been doing plenty of skills and running in the off season . Yeah , sounds good to me . It would certainly give us blue baggers something to cheer about . they'd both give the youngsters someone senior in the middle to look up to as well . If we beat power in the 1st week , i might even take the family to see them in the 2nd week .Not just Stevens and Judd working together, but the whole midfield. So what do you say we agree on one game for each of Judd and Stevens in the Noob Cup???

It's cricket season over in SA, just as here, so I'd assume that the bigger grounds are in use, so you might be onto something here BM.Then i'd say they would most likely play without the wings perhaps ?
