Good to see spirit from the boys to fight back twice but it was too much in the end.

At some point we'll beat them and the umpires as all good teams do.

After the preseason game this is a good result for us. More than can be said for them.

We're a 10 goal better team considering how these guys have thumped us in the past. We faded in the last... though if Fisher hands off to Graham it might have been different.

Anyway hard to be upset at that effort. They came back twice, they put in an effort and they matched it for nearly four quarters. All good signs for the club.

I'd drop Simon White though. Still have no idea what he adds.

Great effort. A few terrible mistakes in the last 20 mins cost us. One shocking umpire decision put it to bed.

So many positive but please drop white. An extra runner today would've made a difference. White does not belong on an AFL field.

Only saw the last 3 quarters and thought we contained them well but just didn't execute chances going forward late in the game
